How it works:

After sign-up

1-3 days after signing up, you will receive the following:

A clean 5 gallon bucket and lid
Your scheduled collection date
Acceptable items list

During the week

Place the bucket next to your kitchen garbage bin.
Fill the bucket with acceptable items.
If you fill your bucket 1 or more days before your scheduled collection day, send a text to request an early collection.

On collection day

Place the bucket on your front porch by 7am on your scheduled collection day. You can set it out the night before your collection day, just make sure the lid is securely on the bucket.
The bucket will be collected and replaced with a clean bucket and lid.
Within 24 hours, your Food Waste Scorecard will be updated in your account and (optionally) emailed to you
